Sales of NetSupport corporate and education products continued to grow during Q4 2008 with an overall increase in revenues for the UK sales unit of 16%.
Commenting on the UK sales performance, Group Managing Director Al Kingsley said "Naturally we are extremely pleased with our ongoing development in the UK. Overall the UK represents a relatively small percentage of our income, but as our home territory, we are pleased to not only dominate market share here, but to actually be gaining further."
Kingsley continued "for many this is a time of economic uncertainty, this poses challenges for many sales organisations; however our products are designed to help reduce the operational costs of our customers by providing the tools needed to function at maximum efficiency and reduce system downtime. "We have recently announced the launch of a new version of NetSupport Notify, our cross vertical Desktop Alerting and Notification suite, this has generated significant activity for us and in the 12 months since it was originally launched it has become a standard for literally thousands of organisations, both in education and the corporate sectors."
NetSupport forecast further growth and expansion in 2009, beginning with the addition of a further 15,000 sq feet to their wholly owned HQ in Peterborough, United Kingdom. |
