The latest round of judging has just been completed for the UK Best Business Awards and NetSupport DNA and DNA Helpdesk has triumphed in the Best Product/Service Range category.
On the back of NetSupport DNA Helpdesk being named Service Management Product of the Year at the 2009 Network Computing Awards, the Best Business judges were quick to praise NetSupport for DNA's ability to respond to the ever changing needs of Network Managers. The flexible pricing modules combined with up to the minute feature enhancements, such as the new Energy Monitor component, made DNA the stand out candidate in this category.
