"The teachers that have had the opportunity to use the software have had nothing but good things to say. The teacher teaching computer classes here at our high school now has the ability to more effectively monitor in-class computer activity, which translates into more focused and engaged students.
For remote desktop administration, the tool has been great. We recently went through student testing, and due to the remote administrative abilities of your software, I was able to trouble shoot problems with the teachers computers without having to be physically in their classrooms. Therefore, the support for the teachers during this testing period was much less intrusive than had been the case in the past.
Lastly, today I know that we are not taking full advantage of the capabilities of NetSupport Manager. Once we begin to increase our use of the additional functionality, I'm sure our teachers will be even more excited. So far, it has been a great product."
