The system is managed by a Siemens Realtis DX switch and the infrastructure includes:
- Siemens Realitis DX AC switch
- 800 port DX web professional
- Siemens RAD system providing Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) with up to 255 Queues and Agent Groups
- 210 digital extensions
- 240 inbound ISDN30e lines (excess to allow for call centre queue management)
- 16 analogue ports
- 210 Optipoint digital display phones, with headset amplifiers
- Oak call management and reporting system
